This 8-week series runs every Tuesday and Thursday, 5:15pm – 6:15pm. This program effectively builds every major muscle group in your body with the use of dumbbells, bands and body weight as well as effectively targeting those smaller muscles that help define, lift and sculpt those weaker, less toned areas. This combined with moderate-high intensity cardio intervals to burn calories and boost your metabolism will put you in the best shape of your life! In addition, Tammy offers online coaching for motivation, workouts outside class, as well as healthy dietary habits throughout the program. All levels are welcome!
$160 for the 8-week series or drop-in for $12 per class – cash or check payable to the instructor.
